Bangspin Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Digital Entertainment Platform

1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Bangspin" refers to the digital entertainment platform operating under the domain bangspin.best and all associated services.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account at Bangspin and is using the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member on Bangspin to access all platform services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's account at any given time, including cash deposits and eligible bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to credits, free cash, free spins, or any other incentive granted by Bangspin to members subject to the specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• "Game" refers to all forms of digital entertainment available on Bangspin, including slots, live casino, roulette, progressive jackpots, Sports Betting, badminton, e-sports, and virtual sports.
• "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit — the official currency used for all transactions on Bangspin.

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use Bangspin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration. Bangspin enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• A Malaysian citizen, Malaysian permanent resident, or an individual located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition or restriction imposed by any authority that prevents participation in online gambling services.

Bangspin reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents from members, including a copy of the Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

3Account Registration

Each individual is entitled to one Bangspin account only. Registering multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all existing balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested in the Bangspin registration form.
• Keep your registration details accurate, current, and complete at all times while using the platform.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential and do not share account access with any other party.
• Notify Bangspin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Bangspin is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

4Deposit & Payment

Bangspin accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via approved payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Instant deposit, minimum RM10
• DuitNow – Instant deposit via bank transfer, minimum RM10
• GrabPay – Instant deposit, minimum RM10
• Boost – Instant deposit, minimum RM10
• ShopeePay – Instant deposit, minimum RM10
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks) – Deposits processed within 5 minutes, minimum RM20

All deposits are final once processed. Bangspin does not refund deposits that have been used for wagering. If a technical issue occurs during the deposit process, please contact Bangspin customer support within 24 hours and provide proof of the transaction.

Bangspin reserves the right to conduct additional reviews on deposits deemed unusual under the anti-money laundering (AML) standards observed by the platform. This process is typically completed in under 2 business hours.

5Winnings Withdrawal

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and in the same name as the Bangspin account.
• Before making your first withdrawal, members may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process by submitting a copy of your MyKad and a recent bank statement.
• Once KYC verification is complete, most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes including weekends and public holidays.
• For accounts that have not completed KYC, the first withdrawal may take up to 24 business hours to process.

Bangspin reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, Bangspin will notify the member within a reasonable timeframe.

6Bonus & Promotions Terms

Bangspin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The general terms that apply to all Bangspin bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is entitled to receive each bonus offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash unless all associated wagering requirements (rollover) have been fully met.
• The maximum bet limit when using a bonus balance is typically RM25 per bet unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus.
• All bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• Bangspin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus if abuse or a breach of terms is found to have occurred.

Example of a wagering requirement: If you receive a bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of RM2,000 before the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash. The contribution rate towards the wagering requirement varies by game category.

7Game Rules

All games available on Bangspin — including slots, live casino, roulette, progressive jackpots, and virtual sports — are subject to the individual rules set by the respective game providers. The specific rules for each game can be accessed directly within the game interface.

General rules applicable to all games on Bangspin:

• Game results are final once a round is completed and accepted by the Bangspin system. No appeals against valid results will be entertained.
• If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay that prevents a round from being completed, the wager will be returned to the member's balance within 24 hours.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any means other than direct human interaction to play is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Winnings resulting from system errors or software faults are not considered valid, and Bangspin reserves the right to void the relevant transactions once an error has been confirmed.

8Sports Betting & Badminton

Bangspin's Sports Betting section covers BWF World Tour badminton, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Malaysia Badminton League, Malaysia Super League, EPL, e-sports, and over 30 other sports. The specific Sports Betting rules are as follows:

• All bets confirmed and accepted by the Bangspin system are final and cannot be cancelled or altered thereafter, except under the exceptional circumstances set out in these terms.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet — including in-play bets where odds change in real time.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours from the original scheduled time, all bets placed on that match will be voided and the stake returned to the member's balance.
• For badminton matches that are retired or awarded as a walkover after play has begun, results are determined based on fully completed sets only. Incomplete sets are not taken into account.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets — where all selections must win for a payout. If any single match is postponed, that selection is voided and removed from the accumulator, with the odds adjusted accordingly.

9Member Conduct

Bangspin members are required to conduct themselves in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner toward all parties at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud in any form, including the use of false information, another person's identity, or a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Money laundering or using Bangspin as a channel for any illicit financial activity.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any technical bugs, system errors, or software vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Bonus abuse through multiple account registrations, VPN usage, or any other method intended to obtain bonuses unlawfully.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at Bangspin staff or other members.

Bangspin employs a range of advanced technologies to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Any fraud attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities where necessary.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Bangspin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed instances of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Violation of any part of these Bangspin Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request made by the member themselves.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If an account is closed for legitimate, non-fraud-related reasons, the cash balance (excluding any bonus balance) will be returned to the member within 5 business days. If the closure is due to fraud or a breach of terms, Bangspin reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in that account.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting Bangspin's customer support via live chat or email at support@bangspin.best. All eligible cash balances will be refunded once the verification process is complete.

11Responsible Gaming

Bangspin believes that healthy digital entertainment requires a shared commitment between the platform and its members. The following responsible gaming tools are available through your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits – once a limit is reached, the platform will not allow further bets until the limit period resets.
• Play Break: A temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period. During this time, logging in is not permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: A long-term gaming block of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. This is a serious measure and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Bangspin also actively monitors members' gaming patterns and may proactively reach out if our system detects signs of problem gambling. This is not an intrusion – it is part of Bangspin's commitment to member wellbeing.

12Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bangspin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Bangspin platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Bangspin's control, including power outages, internet failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Errors or omissions in information provided on the Bangspin platform, including odds, statistics, or match details.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

In no event shall Bangspin's total maximum liability to any member for any claim exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13Amendments to Terms

Bangspin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to business needs, legal changes, or regulatory requirements.

When a significant amendment is made, Bangspin will:

• Updating the effective date at the top of this document.
• Posting a prominent amendment notice on the Bangspin homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.
• Sending notifications to members via their registered email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the Bangspin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all eligible balances before the effective date.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Bangspin is licensed. Should any dispute arise between a member and Bangspin regarding use of the platform, the following procedure will apply:

1. Internal Resolution: Members must submit complaints in writing to support@bangspin.best within 30 days of the disputed event. Bangspin will respond within 14 working days.
2. Mediation: Should internal resolution fail, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mutually agreed mediation before proceeding to legal action.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, and the arbitration decision shall be final.

However, nothing in these terms prevents Bangspin from seeking injunctive relief or an appropriate court order to prevent or stop any ongoing or imminent breach.
